This often happens when you have multiple wallet addresses linked to your MetaMask wallet. To overcome this issue, ensure that your registered wallet address is active in your MetaMask wallet.

1. Clear your cache and cookies from the transaction history page of your browser.

2. Use aggressive gas values in your MetaMask wallet.

How can I change or update my registered wallet address?

You can add 2 additional wallets to your Discord ID using the register wallet bot.

Can I delete a registered wallet address?

No, you cannot delete a wallet address after it has been registered. However, you have the option of adding 2 additional wallets to your Discord ID using the register wallet bot.

Why am I unable to access Zealy quests?

This often happens when the Discord ID linked to your Zealy account differs from the one registered with SYNTHR. To resolve this issue, confirm that both of your Discord IDs are the same; if not, connect your SYNTHR-registered Discord ID to Zealy.
